STEAM Club is for 4th & 5th Graders

Wednesday's from 2:30-3:30

All students who sign up will be put into a lottery and 20 names will be drawn for fall and 20 for spring 

You must be a member of the Eagle Alliance to access the sign up and participate in the STEAM Club.

In STEAM Club, students work in project-based learning groups that take on different disciplines throughout the semester.  We typically do 3 or 4 projects per semester depending on how long it takes the students to complete projects. Each semester group will do robotics (learning coding, engineering, art & design, little bit of math and science), graphic design using Adobe, video production (learning storyboarding, character design, and video editing), and podcasting. If time allows, we’ll also do one or more of the following non-tech projects like engineering marble runs, doing a tallest tower contest, making instruments to learn about wind and vibration, and making geometric string art to learn about math and design.  Attendance and behavior standards must be followed for continued participation.
