CCRPI Climate Survey
12/12/2018 4:02 pm
Every year the state releases a Climate Survey to all public school parents, staff, and students (3rd, 4th, and 5th grades in elementary). This survey is part of our CCRPI score that comes from the state every year. HFE has received the highest score possible for 3 years running (5 stars) and we would like to keep that going! Last year we were the highest participating school in the county! Please read the questions carefully, because some of them do not follow the normal "agree" pattern.
We hope everyone will participate, because we truly value and study the results of these surveys and use them in making HFE a great place to be. Thank you in advance for your time.

We are elated to announce that Heards Ferry is an official United States Department of Education 2018 National Blue Ribbon School! We were 1 of 13 schools in the entire state of Georgia to be nominated for this prestigious award. The National Blue Ribbon Schools Program recognizes public and private elementary, middle, and high schools based on their overall academic excellence or their progress in closing achievement gaps among student subgroups. Every year the U.S. Department of Education seeks out and celebrates great American schools and we are honored to be chosen as a 2018 National Blue Ribbon School for our overall academic excellence. This award affirms the hard work of students, teachers, families, and our community in creating a safe and welcoming school where students master challenging content. The National Blue Ribbon School flag that we will now proudly display is a widely recognized symbol of exemplary teaching and learning.
