5th Grade Field Trip to Tybee Island

Hello Parents!
 
If you would like your student to attend the 5th Grade Trip to Tybee Island, please use the following links to fill out the requisite forms for the trip.  
 
 
 
These forms must be turned in to your student’s home-room teacher by October 4, 2017.
 
The 5th Grade Trip to Tybee Island will cost $200 per child. It is requested that all payments are made online only and due by December 1, 2017. 
 
You can make a payment for the trip by clicking HERE and locating the 5th Grade Field Trip information under store items.
 

You will also have an opportunity to volunteer as a Chaperone and that cost is $200 as well. Look for a chaperone sign up sheet coming soon! We will send out a notification when the sign up sheet is live. Please note that trip chaperones will be chosen at random by HFE staff and you will be notified of next steps if chosen. 

   
(Please note:  Chaperones will have to agree to a Fulton County background check, including fingerprints and will also be responsible for their own payment to attend the trip.)
